Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently mix chemically reacting resin components, by introducing them into a mixing chamber at an angle with each other and mixing them by interrupting the flows at the point of interception. CONSTITUTION:A mixing chamber 11 is confined by a member 25 having a hemispherical notch at its edge and a member 2 having an edge wall 26a. This mixing chamber 11 is provided with inlets 13 and 14 having valve members 15 and 16 having notches 15a and 16a provided with nozzle openings 17 and 18. Resin components are introduced from the inlets 13 and 14 into the mixing chamber 11 at an angle with each other, and mixed by interrupting them by the wall 26a. The resulting mixture is discharged through a feed passage 12 into a mold.
