Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a mixing head easy of maintenance and highly efficient by separately switching two components of polyurethane raw liquid fed from an inlet path to a circulation path and a branch path to a nozzle with the rotation of a plunger. CONSTITUTION:Plungers 14 and 15 rotatable on the axis having a first opening 30 and a second opening 31 communicated to each other are arranged in a head body 1 provided with an inlet pathes 9 and 10, circulation pathes 2 and 2 and a path opened to a branch path 5 to a nozzle. The openings 30 and 30 of the plungers 14 and 15 are made to match the inlet pathes 9 and 10 and openings 31 and 31 thereof to matche a path to the branch path 5. Then, for example, an isocyanate component is fed through the path 9 and a polyol component is fed from the path 10 and delivered to the nozzle after mixing in the branch path 5. On the other hand, when the feed to the nozzle is suspended, the plungers 14 and 15 are rotated so as to communicate the inlet pathes 9 and 10 to the calculation pathes 2 and 2 to circulate the two components separately without being mixed.
