Abstract

PURPOSE: To assure supply of raw material to a mixing head by providing a reaction solution passage hole in a pair of discs which can rotate sliding closely and using a raw material discharge valve designed to circulate a reaction solution when the parts of the both discs coincide.
CONSTITUTION: A disc A provided with a reaction solution passage hole 6 and a disc B provided with a reaction solution passage hole 62 are arranged on the same axis in such manner that they rotate sliding closely on the said axis to form a raw material dischage valve. The hole 61 (plural, for instance, 4 pcs) and a mixing head 1 are connected by means of flexible pipes 41, 42, 51, 52 and the hole 62 and each raw material tank are connected by flexible pipes 71, 72, 81, 82. When a raw material is fed to the head 1, the discs A, B are rotated relatively to make the holes 61 and 62 meet each other and the both reaction solution passage holes are connected together to inject a raw material liquid into the head 1 from the raw material tank. When the feed of raw material is completed, the discs A, B are caused to rotate alternately, shutting off between the holes 61 and 62, so that supply of raw material liquid is suspended.
