Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce core tooth parts for linear pulse motor having a high accuracy in size by a method wherein an adhesive is poured between magnetic materials arranged in parallel on plane surface parts of a cradle, while yokes are attached on the magnetic materials to unify in one body and is taken out from the cradle. CONSTITUTION:After a wire material 6 made of a magnetic material is wound along the plural parallel or spiral guide grooves 5 formed on a cradle 1 having plane surface parts 2 and curved surface parts 3 in the circumferential direction, an adhesive 8 is applied on the gaps 7 formed between the wire material 6 and on the upper surface of the wire material 6. During the adhesive is not yet hardened, flat-plate like yokes 9 are attached respectively on the wire materials covering the plane surface parts 2 of the cradle 1, and the adhesive is made to be hardened in a conedition supporting the yoke 9 with appointed fixing jigs to join each wire material 6 and yoke 9 in one body. Then the wire material 6 and the hardened adhesive 8 is cut along the cutting grooves 4 prepare on the cradle 1, and the wire material 6 and the yoke 9 being made into a unitary body is taken out from the cradle 1 to obtain core tooth parts.
