And, the interlocking device of the traction side rotary shafts 12 and 13 for the belts 4 and 8 of both the conveyers is provided, a rotary device by which the peripheral velocity of the pressing belt 8 is made slightly faster than that of the delivery belt 4 is provided to the rotary shaft 13, and they are connected with each other through a controller.
