Abstract

PURPOSE: To screen bend easily and accurately by juxtaposing a pluraity of guide rollers each having a guide groove, placing a bar material in the guide grooves and conveying the same.
CONSTITUTION: The peripheral faces of guide rollers 4 are formed to a larger diameter, as they are closer to the center, and a V-shaped guide groove 5 receiving a bar material 1 is formed in the vertex part at the center of each peripheral face. A plurality of these guide rollers 4 are continuously disposed on the same line, and the bar material 1 is placed on the circumferences of the rollers 4. The respective rollers 4 are revolved at the same speed in the same direction, whereby the bar material 1 is conveyed. The bar material 1' having bent during this conveying falls off from the rollers 4 and only the straight bar material is screened. Hence, the construction is simple, the equipment cost is lowered, and the sure screening may be performed.
