Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned film whose temperature for starting heat seal is low and which has antiscratch and antiblocking properties and improved transparency by melting laminated ethylene-propylene random copolymer and then cooling it rapidly.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the random copolymer of a biaxially-drawn polypropylene film, on one surface of which, at least, the ethylene-propylene random copolymer containing 1.0W7.0wt% of ethylene (preferably with the melt flow index ratio of 12 of less) is laminated, is heated up to the temperature higher than the melting point of the above copolymer and lower than the melting point of the polypropylene film and then cooled rapidly down to the temperature of 70°C or preferably 50°C or less at the cooling speed of 70°C/sec. or more, or preferably 150°C/sec. or more. Furthermore, it is preferable that the 2nd-axial drawing and rapid cooling are performed within the range of the above temperatures, from the viewpoint of processing.
