Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a product excellent in transparency, low-temperature heat sealing property, surface smoothness and the like by treating a composite film under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film consisting of a biaxially elongated substrate film layer A (such as polyethylene, poypropylene, polyacrylate, and polyethylene terephthalate), and a coating layer B(such as ethylenevinyl chloride copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, and copolymerized polyester) coating at least one surface of the layer A and mainly composed of a low melting point thermoplastic polymer a having a melting point more than 5 deg.C lower than the melting point of the polymer constituting the layer A and elongated at least in a uniaxial direction is cooled at a cooling rate of more than 200 deg.C/sec at a temperature in the range of from the maximum crystallization temperature of the polymer a to a temperature 10 deg.C lower than said temperature.
