Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled film that is composed of a mixture of a specific polybutadiene and a polyamide at a specified ratio and of an ionomer polymer in a certain proportion, thus preventing the formation of wrinkles on adhesion because of its flexibility and having high adhesion property even at high temperatures.
CONSTITUTION: To (A) a mixture of (a) 5W90wt% of 1,2-polybutadiene with 10W40% crystallinity, preferably 80W120°C melting point and (b) 95W10wt% of a polyamide, preferably melting at lower than 150°C, are added (B) at least one of (a) an ionomer polymer such as a copolymer from an olefin and vinyl monomer carrying carboxyls and (b) a thermoplastic polyester, e.g., polyethylene terephthalate at a weight A/B ratio of 9/1W4/6 to give the objective film.
EFFECT: The resultant film has a softening point of 100W120°C and shows high peel strength and high adhesion strength regardless of the void volume on the surface of the substrate.
