Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a subject film which is excellent in transparency and gloss has an improved opening property, and is useful for use as a food packing material, by a method wherein a resin composition, containing given unsaturated fatty acidamide, fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester and the like, is extruded after melting and is solidified by a rapid cooling.
CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene resin composition, containing, on the basis of (A) 100pts.wt. (hereinafter called part) of polyethylene, (B) 0.01W1pts. of inorganic filler (for example;silica or the like) in particle diameter 0.1W15μ, (C) 0.05W5pts. of unsaturated fatty acidamide (for example; oleic acid amide and the like) of below 90°C melting point, and (D) 0.01W6pts. of C22W26 fatty acid polyhydric alcohol (for example; sorbitan monobehenic acid ester and the like), is extruded in a molten state at 160W230°C by means of an extusion-molder, and is rapidly cooled to below 50°C for solidification. It is preferable that, after the resin composition is extruded, it is rapidly cooled by water to below 50°C within 10 sec for solidification.
