With this photosignal, photothyristor 131 has the ignition, and accordingly thyristor 100 has the ignition. After this, phototransistor Tr133 is connected between the gate of thyristor 131 and the cathode of thyristor 100, and then the control is given to transistor 133 through control part 120 with photosignal S2 and via LED134. And the short circuit is given between the gate and the cathode of thyristor 131 only in the period during which the anode-cathode voltage of thyristor 100 holds the forward voltage.
