Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the title composition having excellent strorage stability before vulcanization and high thermal aging resistance, high elasticity and low heat generation after vulcanization, by compounding a rubber blend composed of a specific polybutadiene copolymer and a diene rubber with carbon blank and an organic acid cobalt salt.
CONSTITUTION: A composition having a 100% modulus after vulcanization of ≥30kg/cm2, and composed of (A) 100pts.wt. of a polymer blend consisting of (a) ≥10% of a polymer composed of a block or graft copolymer of cis-1,4-polybutadiene and syn-1,2-polybutadiene, having a short fibrous shape with an average diameter of 0.05W1μ and an average length of 1W8μ, wherein the content of the syn-1,2-structure in the microstructure is 6W20wt% and the crystallinity of the syn-1,2-polybutadiene is at least 40%, and (b) the remaining part of other diene rubber, (B) 30W80 parts of carbon black pref. having an iodine adsorption of 40W100mg/l and dibutyl phthalate absorption of 60W130ml/100g, and (C) 0.5W 10 parts of an organic acid cobalt salt.
