CONSTITUTION:The height (B) of an U-shaped insulator 3 in the slot is made 10%-40% shorter than the height (A) of the slot shoulder. A sheet of thermal expansion member 6 is placed between the insulator 3 and the slot bottom 2b. After random coils 4 are mounted, the expansion member 6 is expanded in the preliminary drying process of the ion core in order to push up the random coils 4 to the slot opening 2a side.
