Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a microvisible image and hologram from one original possible by forming the reduced electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor which comprises laminating a photoconductive layer and making the hologram by the transmitted light coherent to this photoreceptor and reference light.
CONSTITUTION: When surface charges are evenly applied on a photoconductive layer 4 by charging a photoreceptor 1 and an original 8 is radiated by a light source 7, its image is reduced through its reflected light lens 9 and is formed on the photoreceptor, whereby the electrostatic latent image of the same size as that of the microvisible image is formed on the surface of the conductive layer 4. Next, the photoreceptor 1 is developed by a developing roller 10, whereby the microvisible image 15 of the original image is made. next, coherent light 11 is radiated to the photoreceptor 1 through a rotary disc 5 and its transmitted light 11' is condensed by a condenser lens 12 and is applied together with reference light 13 to a recording medium 14, by which the reduced hologram of the original image is made. Thereby, the microvisible image and hologram may be made from one original through a series of processing.
