Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an oiling pump construction formed with a flatly-pressed nozzle end having opposed sides spaced by same distance at the inner diameter of oil inlet opening to the nozzle end for preventing slip between the inner diameter surface of rotary shaft end and lubricating and seizure of slide portions.
CONSTITUTION: A flatly-pressed portion 7g having flat sides spaced by same distance as the inner diameter of oil inlet 7f opening to the nozzle end is formed along the tapered length of prior conical nozzle-shaped oiling pump portion 7e. Consequently lubricating oil supplied from the oil inlet 7f and obtaining dynamic lift in relation to the conical inner wall is collected at the intersection of the circular and flat portions to be lifted as it is so that a slip phenomenon occurring in the prior simple conical oiling pump construction does not take place. Hence the amount of oil can be increased, as oil temperature or rotational frequency is raised, to provide satisfactory oiling characteristic and prevent seizure of slide portions due to oil shortage.
