Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance heat resistance, increase sensitivity and enable measurement of good accuracy with a small size by burying the ends of a pair of thermocouple strands into ceramics by leaving a fixed spacing, exposing the surface of the buried ends of the strands and covering the ceramics end face including the end faces of the strands by a metal thin film.
