Abstract

Next, anodic oxidation is carried out making the tube inner wall as anode and using electrolytic solution containing HCl, H2SO4 or NaOH, KOH and then, Zr oxide layer is formed on the wall face in the tube. On this occasion, voltage of about 20W500V is applied between the cathode and anode. Also, Cu layer is formed on Zr oxide normally after carrying out anodic oxidation and Zr oxide layer is roughened in order to make adhesive property between both layers good.
