Abstract

CONSTITUTION: On an organic high polymer film 4 having thickness of 6W250μm and 60% or more of visible ray transmissivity, a high-refractive index dielectric thin layer with a 50W600Å thickness, 80% or more of visible ray transmissivity, and a 1.6 or more of refractive index is deposited together with a metal thin layer containing a 50W600Å thick silver so as to form a transparent, heat-insulating film 11. The so formed film 11 is bonded to the glass plate 12. Such glass plates 12 are arranged in parallel with the film side 11 facing sealed space, placing spacer 13 contg. oxygen agent 14 in the space, and are sealed with sealing material 15.
