Abstract
PURPOSE:To recover valuable gas efficiently by controlling a change-over valve etc. by beforehand estimating the time when the percentage of 02 decreases to the desired low value at which waste gas recovery becomes possible from the measured O2 gas in waste gas and further estimating the time when the waste gas reaches the specific place in the flue from the measured waste gas flow value. CONSTITUTION:The component gas density from the waste gas analyzer disposed at the place B in the flue, the measured flow value from a flowmeter 14, the percentage of O2 from the O2 analyzer disposed in the place A, and other informations such as whether the system is within the time region suited for waste gas recovery, and mechanical conditions of change-over valve 12 and recovery valve 11 are normal etc. are input to a sequence control unit 15. Next, the unit 15 examines all of these and sends a control signal to control the opening and closing of the change-over valve 12 and recovery valve 11. The unit 15 judges the control conditions that the percentage of O2 has been lowered to 1% or less at the time when the predicted time is reached and therefore the delay time required for O2 gas analysis is averted. Further, in the unit 15, the time when the recoverable waste gas of 1% or less in O2 reaches just before the valve 12 may be predicted and based on this prediction, the valves 11, 12 are opened and closed.
