PURPOSE:To prevent the shift and deformation of the bobbin flange body during the winding and at the assembly after the completion of the winding by means of a flap provided around a hole on a bobbin flange of a leakage transformer in such a manner as to be vertical to the main surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Flaps 6-9 are formed around the periphery of holes 6a and 9a in such a manner as to be vertical t the respective main surface of the bobbin flanges 6-9. A coil 10 is wound between the bobbin flanges 6 to 7 and 8 to 9 of the bobbin cylinder 5 sandwitching the flaps 6b-9b on the peripheral surface.
