Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce welded joints having high strength by using Fe-based alloy which contains Si and Cr as welding filler material for Ni-based heat resistant metal material.
CONSTITUTION: To weld Ni-based heat resistant alloy consisting of C: 0.05W 0.15%, Fe: 17W20%, Cr: 19W23%, Mn: 8W10%, Co: 0.50W2.50%, Si: 0.3W 1.0% and the remaining Ni, the following composition Fe based-alloy is used as filler material. Ni: 8W35%, Cr: 19W23%, C: 0.05W0.5%, Si: 0.1W0.5%, Mn: 0.1W1.5%, Al: 0.1W1.5%, Ti: 0.1W0.9% and the remaining Fe. A particularly excellent filler material composition includes Ni: 32.28%, Cr: 20.46%, Mn: 0.81%, C: 0.04%, Cu: 0.16%, Si: 0.21%, Al: 0.50%, Ti: 0.35% and the remaining Fe. By using this filler material, welded joint has a high temperature multiple axes creep higher than that of the mother material, and shows elongation several times as much as ones provided by use of conventional filler material.
