Abstract

PURPOSE: To balance operation intervals of each equipment by operating a flow regulating valve with a deviation signal between an output signal of a water flow setter and a current water flow signal in the captioned device applied to a condensation purification system of an atomic power plant.
CONSTITUTION: A regeneration start ion exchange rate setting signal 22 is compared with an ion exchange rate signal 20 obtained through processing in-side and out-side conductivity signals 11, 12 in a relative decision circuit 21, and when the signal 22 is exceeded, a signal 23 is put in a flow set point modification indication circuit 26 by way of a water flow setter 25 and an OR circuit 24. The circuit 26 outputs a water flow set point modification signal 27 to the setter 25 according to the signal 23 or other regeneration start signal 23' of a desalinater. The setter 25 operates a flow regulating valve so as to control the water flow set point to zero or a given set point according to signals 23, 27, 28. Operation intervals of each desalinater can now be balanced, and the rate of operation can also be improved through easy operation control.
