Abstract

When the magnitude and the change rate of deviation (e) between target (r) and control quantity (c) become smaller than the set value of control detector 7 respectively, adaptive condition signal AC is output. When output deviation ε between control quantity (c) and process model device 6 becomes equal to or larger than the set value of deviation value detecting circuit 8, adaptive control signal AD is output. These both signals are input to switching circuit 9 to switch the contact of switch 92 to the (b) side. As a result, indentifying equipment 3, regulation meter parameter determining device 4, and identifying signal generator 5 are inserted to the circuit, and the output signal of determining device 4 is applied to regulation meter 1 to execute adaptive control. Thus, disturbance of the process can be reduced.
