Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable accurate temperature control even when there are many temperature control points and a single-phase power source is used for a temperature controller used for a preheater for the piping of a fast breeder reactor, by exercising on-off control over the power source on the basis of a single process value obtained by processing a detected temperature signal. CONSTITUTION:To three-phase three-wire power source 1, heaters 3a-3c are connected via switching equipment 2. Respective temperature of those heaters are detected by detectors 4a-4c, whose temperature signals are supplied to temperature arithmetic device 6 in temperature control circuit 5. Through the assignment of temperature arithmetic form assigning device 7, prescribed arithmetic is performed to calculate single temperature process value (x). This vaue (x) is compared with temperature target set value (y) by temperature controller 8, which outputs control signal (z). With this signal (z), switch equipment 2 is put into operation to exercise on/off control over respective phases of power source 1.
