Abstract

PURPOSE: A magnetic material mixed with content of blast furnace is used as tracer to be detected by magnetic detector placed at the outside of blast furnace to monitor content distribution and any possible abnormality.
CONSTITUTION: For example, power supply from an exciter source 1 enters an input converter circuit 2 and passes through a signal treating circuit section 3 to reach a control circuit section 4. When the input converter circuit 2 senses the magnetic force 5 of magnetic material of furnace content, corresponding input conversion signal is produced at output terminal of input converter circuit 2. This signal enters signal treating circuit 3, where it is treated adequately and then the treated signal enters control circuit 4. Control circuit 4 provides negative feedback required by precedent circuit sections and control signals for selecting proper action, if required, as well as information indication regarding magnetic force.
