Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the follow-up property of uniform flow rate control between a plurality of purifying means used in such as a heat power plant by performing the uniform flow rate control of the condensate of the purifying means based on the total condensate flow rate of all the purifying means and the condensate flow rate of the respective purifying means.
CONSTITUTION: The total condensate flow rate is detected by a flow rate detector 14 provided on a condensate feeding pipe 3 and the detected value is inputted into a comparator 22. The number of condensate feed pumps in operation is inputted into a preset value selector 25 and also inputted into the comparator 22 via a setting circuit 23 or 24 according to the number to be inputted. The comparator 22 calculates a difference between the 100% flow rate and the total condensate flow rate detected by the detector 14. The resultant is inputted into an average value calculator 40 to obtain an increase in the flow rate for a uniform distribution among the respective condensate purifying means in row 5. The calculation results are inputted into another comparator 26 to be compared with the current flow rate of the respective condensate purifying means 5 provided by another detector 6. The comparator 26 thus provides a control signal based on the comparison to a control valve 7. With this construction, the follow-up property of the uniform flow rate control among the respective purifying means can be much improved.
