Air fed in an air space 45 during the suction action of the diaphragm 25 is squeezed by the restoration of the diaphragm to run through a duct 43 and an orifice 41 and pushes a ball 39 into a pressure tank 49. Successive supply of air during pumping may prevent reduction of air in the pressure tank 9.
