Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the title composition having excellent mechanical strengths and color tone, by heating and kneading a mixture obtained by compounding a polyolefin resin with a reactive filler prepared by mixing an inorganic filler, a specific triazine, a radical generator, and an acrylic polymer.
CONSTITUTION: A reactive inorganic filler is prepared by mixing an inorganic filler, 1,3,5-triacrylol hexahydro-s-triazine (TAF), a radical generator, and an acrylic polymer such as (meth)acrylic acid. A polyolefin resin is compounded with the reactive filler together with a radical generator, and if necessary, with ≤50pts.wt., based on 100pts. of the composition, of a solid rubber. The mixture thus obtained is heated and kneaded to obtain the objective resin composition. The amounts of TAF and the acrylic polymer are 0.005W5.0pts. and 0.005W6.0pts., respectively, based on 100pts. of the composition.
EFFECT: The combined use of the acrylic acid reduces the amount of TAF.
