PURPOSE: To let the protection of inside wall refractories be effected readily and surely by mounting a removable box-shape inside wall protector to the inner side of the inside wall refractories of the molten steel vessel and blowing inert gas from the bottom.
CONSTITUTION: A refractory lining inside wall protector 5 made of heat-insulation boards is fromed in the box shape removable from the inside wall, on the inner side of the refractory lining of the perma bricks 3 and ware bricks 4 of the vessel for molten steel such as ladle and tundish.
