PURPOSE:To make it possible to simplify a control system and record and reproduce stably signals effectively by using effectively one synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:Respective one works of parity signals P and Q are added to a data signal of plural words and one word of an error check signal is added to the data signal to form the first block, and plural blocks are collected to form the second block. In this case, a synchronizing signal and a control signal for synchronization establishment of the first block are inserted. The output of multiplexer 11 multiplexed in time division is converted to a digital data signal at a prescribed sampling period by A/D converter 12. Signals P and Q are added to this signal by parity adding circuit 13, and these signals are written in memory 14 and are subjected to the interleave processing. When error check signal generating circuit 16 inputs the control signal of control signal generatng circuit 15, a check signal is generated. Then, synchronizing signal generating circuit 18 generates the second synchronizing signal for the control signal, and adder 19 arranges this signal is a prescribed position. Adder 23 inserts the synchronizing signal of synchronizing signal generating circuit 22 to the beginning of the first block, thus forming a signal.
