CONSTITUTION:A collector element 1, made of a high molecular film, in which a major component of a monopolymer or copolymer such as vinylidene fluoride or vinyl fluoride is blended with a ferroelectric ceramics or an optical absorbent, has its light receiving side evaporated with a glod film 2 having a thickness smaller than about 200Angstrom and its other side evaporated with an aluminum film 3 having a thickness of about 100 to 1000Angstrom , both of which are used as electrodes thereby to produce the element.
