Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain multiple sheets of duplicated images through one magnetic latent image formation by specifying the supplying method of recording members and developing methods.
CONSTITUTION: A bias roll 12 which revolves while being biased by a bias power source 18 is provided between the magnetic toner well 14 provided with a permanent magnet roll 13 and a magnetic material drum 1, and a recording member 10 is wound on the magnetic material drum 1 which has a magnetic latent images. As a result of this, the electrostatic potentials corresponding to the bias supply voltage are produced in the bias roll 12 surface and therefore the charges of the polarity opposite from these electrostatic potentials are induced in the magnetic toner 15 and the magnetic toner 15 moving according to the revolution of the permanent magnet 13 is deposited on the bias roll 12 by the Coulomb force by these induced charges and electrostatic potentials. The toner is then fed to a developing nip 22 and selectively deposits on the recording member 10 superposed on the magnetic latent images formed on the magnetic material drum 1, whereby the toner images are formed. Hence, no matter how many time the development is repeated, the magnetic latent images are not broken and the intended object is achieved.
