The output of oscillators 1 and 2 are supplied to comparator circuit 3, and the frequency of oscillator 1 receives the 1/N division through divider circuit 3a along with the frequency of oscillator 2 counted through counter circuit 3c. And the scale of the frequencies of both oscillators receives the comparison based on the time difference due to whether the count contents of counter circuit 3c reaches the set value. The oscillation output selection signal is sent to switching circuit 4 from circuit 3, and divider/driver circuit 5 is selected and connected to the oscillator featuring the higher oscillation frequency.
