Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the recovery rate of membrane permeated water by pressure- dissolving gas substance through utilization of the pressure of the high-pressure liquid having undergone permeable membrane treatment and effectively pretreating and removing the suspended matter in the solution treated by this gas solution.
CONSTITUTION: In the permeable membrane treatment utilizing presure, an assistant 2 is added to the solution to be treated 1 before it is flowed into a permeable membrane treating unit D, in a holding tank A, and part thereof is pressed to the specified pressure by a pressure pump P provided with a power recovery turbine T and is sent into a pressure gas dissolving unit B, where gas substance 4 is sufficiently dissolved. Thence, it is mixed with the solution to be treated 7 and the mixture is reduced of pressure and is fed into a separating unit C, where the suspended matter in the solution to be treated is removed as scum 8 and its effect on the membrane is minimized. Thence, the pressure of the high-pressure liquid 11 having been treated in a permeable membrane unit D is recovered by a pump P2 and utilized as the revolving energy for the foregoing power recovery turbine T.
