Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Al or Al alloy is subjected to primary electrolysis treatment, i.e., anodic oxidation treatment, in an aqueous solution of 80W300g/l sulfuric acid (primary electrolyte) to let the porous oxide film of the target film thickness be formed. Next, this treated matter being held intact without rinsing, as cathode, is intermittently subjected to DC constant voltage electrolysis in an aqueous solution of 30W 200g/l sulfuric acid (secondary electrolytic coloring solution) containing heavy metal salts (e.g.: stannous sulfate) being coloring metals.
