Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a heat exchanging efficiency with prevention of adhering scale and dust by a method wherein non-soluble gas is mixed in the liquid flowed to the liquid passage tube.
CONSTITUTION: On passing the liquid compressed by the liquid supply unit 10 through an ejector 9, the enclosed part of the injection flow among the injection part of the ejector 9 develops an extreme low pressure, which allows to suck air through the check valve 12 to mix within the injection flow. The air mixed liquid is returned to the storage tank 15 by passing through the open port 7, one chamber of cover 4, liquid passing tube 2, cover 3 chamber, other chamber of cover 4, and open port 6. During this stage, the mixed air forming the buble is flowing with liquid within the passage tube 2 as blowing up. A shock is given to the boundary film by blowing up the bubble to break up the boudary film.
