Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable high density mounting of circuits for fluid, making at the same time the alteration of specification easy, by making plural circuit blocks comprising switching valves locating between the first input block and the second input block having respectively the first and second circuit blocks.
CONSTITUTION: The desired connecting mechanism of the paths of flow is constituted by connecting the vauum input block 1, for example, the three circuit blocks 2, and the input block of high pressure air 3 en bloc with two penetrating connecting rods 4 and the nuts 5. Both of the input blocks 1 and 3 are formed with the induction holes 8 and 9 from the back to inside at different levels and in different depths, and each of the induction holes 8 and 9 is connected with vacuum-through- hole 10 opening in the contact surface with the adjoining block 2 and the through- hole of high pressure air 11 respectively. On the other hand, each of the circuit blocks 2 is provided with the through-holes 14 corresponding to the through-holes 10 and 11 respectively, and is provided with the flow control mechanisms 16 and 18 for vacuum and high pressure air and the output coupling 17 on the top, and the fluid two-way switch 25 on the back.
