Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the flying and floating of emulsion into air and prevent the degradation of working environment owing to contamination by letting the high- concentration rubber asphalt emulsion spout by an airless spray system by using a three-head nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: The device consists of the pumps 2A, 2B which respectively pressurize the rubber asphalt emulsion 1A being high-viscosity liquid and aqueous hardener solution 1B and the elastic hoses 6A, 6B which supply the pressure liquid to the spray part 5 from the foregoing pumps. The spray part is the three-head nozzle consisting of the center nozzle 7 spraying the rubber asphalt emulsion and the nozzles 8A, 8B disposed on both sides thereof and spraying the aqueous hardener solution. This results in that the spray region of the emulsion is sandwhiched by the gelling agent spray regions on both sides, thus enabling the prevention of the flying of the emulsion.
