Abstract

PURPOSE: To form an inorganic oxide thin film high in film thickness accuracy and suitable for an insulating coat film of a liquid crystal display element or the like, by attaching a solution containing a compound convertible into an inorganic oxide film by heating to the letterpress surface of an offset proof press to print on the surface to be printed.
