Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep a stabilized combustion condition by a method wherein a temperature in a combustion zone is detected and delivered to a throwing-in device for substances to be incinerated and the temperature in the combustion zone is kept at constant level by adjusting a thrown quantity of the substances to be incinerated. CONSTITUTION:Temperatures at three points ta, tb, tc, within a range wherein maximum points of temperatures in a combustion zone may be varied upon a normal operating condition of an incinerating furnace 1, are measured, while proper temperatures at these points are set, and differences between maximum temperatures among respective measured temperatures and the set temperatures at those points are detected and fed back to a driving device. A maximum value detecting circuit transduces the temperatures measured by respective thermometers 8a-8c into voltages and takes out only the highest voltages selectively. A controller compares an information with respect to the maximum temperature, sent through the maximum value detecting circuit, and a preset temperature, and controls revolutions of the driving device, thereby, a quantity of substances to be incinerated thrown into the incinerating furnace may be adjusted.
