Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to measure the heat flow density of a body with high precision by using a zero-method sensor.
CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation board is stuck to radiation surface 11 of a body. This heat insulation board consists of heat flow sensor 13 which measures the density of a heat flow by detecting a difference in temperature between the top and reverse of thermal resistor 13a, temperature sensing element 14 which detects a difference between the temperature of measured surface 11 at a center part position as surface temperature 11b of the sensor and surface temperature 11c of measured surface 11 sufficiently away, and cooling element 15 which can cool the sensor surface, thereby forming the zero-method sensor. As a result, the high-precision heat flow measurement can be done without including various error factors.
