A forecast circuit which generates newly the above-mentioned forecast signal by receiving the above- mentioned addition signal consists of coefficient circuit part 15 which multiplies the above-mentioned addition signal by coefficients P1∼Pn, memory circuits D1∼ Dn delays respectively signals after the coefficient process, and synthesizer circuit part 16 composed of an adder circuit adds the delay processing signal in sequence.
