PURPOSE: To provide a cutting tool wherein cutting is carried out at great precisions by making practicable the adjustment of position of a cutting piece in radial and axial directions of a tool body.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting piece-supporting body 12 is moved in a radial direction of a tool body 10 by operation of a ring 13 for adjusting the amount of projection, because a screw section 12b is spirally inserted into a screw hole 13b in the ring 13. Thus, the amount of projection of a cutting piece 14 may be changed. The cutting piece is adjusted in an axial direction by turning an axially adjusting ring 11. The cutting piece-supporting body 12 turns eccentrically, drawing a circular orbit with a radius of E/2 centering the center 0 of the ring 11. As a result, the position of the cutting blade 14 is adjusted by max. E.
