Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform charge greater in charging efficiency and to supply the power supply stable to the load, by performing charging control with the combination of two NAND circuits and providing the DC power supply circuit supplying power to load. CONSTITUTION:The input power switch 10 is closed when the electrical device incorporating battery is connected, and a gate signal is given with the operation set switch circuit 18 connected to the charging power supply and the thyristor 7 controls charging current. The NAND circuit 27 confirms the condition of connection of battery, and the average value of charging current at the battery in rapid charging is detected. When the current is less than a given value, the gate of the thyristor 7 is controlled, and charging is changed over to trickle charge, and when not less than the value, the NAND circuit 28 controls the gate of the thyristor 7 with the signal from the timer circuit 24 and charging is changed over to the trickle charge. Further, DC power supply circuit 6 is provided. Thus, the charge greater in charging efficiency is made and stable power supply is fed to the load.
