Even if main magnetic flux thus operates the ring 6, high frequency magnetic flux incident to the main magnetic flux is cancelled in the outside ring 6a. Accrodingly, it reduces the eddy current loss occurred at the retainer ring 6 to enable to restrict the temperature increase of the ring 6. In addition, the inside ring 6b maintains the mechanical strength of the ring 6.
