Should the ejctor 601 is in trouble, controller 606 to respond to the pressure in the deaerator 401 is installed in order that non-condensable gas is led into the gland- exhauster condeser 201 opening the regulating valve 604. Consequently non-condensable gas in the deaerator 401 is used to heat the water in the storage tank 301 into gland-exhauster condenser 201, effective use of heat can be tried.
