Abstract
PURPOSE: To omit the circuit for interface by incorporating the internal circuit of low power consumption type actuating under the low power voltage into the same package.
CONSTITUTION: Input circuit 1, a TTL circuit featuring the high-level operation, accepts the output signal from the external TTL. Internal circuit 2 consists of more than one unit of the logic circuit which function on the low voltage and low power consumption. Output circuit 3 transmits the signals processed within circuit 2 to the circuit which functions at the external TTL level. Both circuit 1 and 3 are TTL circuits and thus feature the 5V active voltage, with the internal circuit featuring about 1.4V. Thus, two units of the power terminal pin are required.
