Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform the measurement and judgement for a short time and to improve the measuring accuracy by differentiating saw-tooth waves so that the effective time band may be extracted and drawn in an oscillograph and by integrating the DC voltage extracted and treated and then superposing the voltage on the same oscillograph.
CONSTITUTION: A saw-tooth volatge is differentiated by a differential circuit 2, and the output is partially fed to monostable multivibrators 9 and 10 so that only the time band of the effective operating range of the linear portion of the saw-tooth waves is extracted by analog switches 4 and 13. The output of a dividing circuit 16 produces the continuous DC value and is a mean value of the differentiated output extracted. This voltage is introduced into the input terminal 62 of an analog switch group 6 and further into a DC amplifier 17, the output of which is fed to the input terminal 63 of the analog switch group 6. This group 6 is supplied at its terminal 19 with synchronous signals so that the four input terminal voltages are timely sheared and taken out of the output terminal 7 in series. This output is feel to an oscillograph so that the propriety of the waveforms can be judged at a glance by observing the four kinds of waveforms in a superposed manner.
