Abstract

PURPOSE: To take iron loss measurement of high precision by a simple circuit while removing an influence of a high frequency by performing multistage synchronous rectification and by eliminating the need for a multiplier by the use of synchronous rectification.
CONSTITUTION: To the output of operational amplifier 7 constituting the 1st- stage synchronous rectifying circuit, operational amplifier 10 is connected by way of resistance R3 and switch S2, resistance R4 and switch S4, and resistance R5 to bring those switches S2 and S3 under the on-off control of switch driving circuit 8A, and the output of operational amplifier 10 is measured by voltmeter 9. Switch S1 is turned on at 0° of voltage VR and off at 180°, and switch S2 on at 30° of voltage VR and off at 150°; and switch S3 is on at 60° of voltage VR and off at 120°, so that higher harmonics up to the ninth degree can be removed.
