Abstract
PURPOSE:To make highly accurate detection of fault points possible without receiving the influence of commercial frequencies by sampling a multiplicity of measuring signals in the common multiple time of the period of the commercial frequency thereby negating the superposed commercial frequency components. CONSTITUTION:Measuring voltages are sampled in multiplicity in the common multiple time of the period of a commercial frequency 50 or 60Hz, whereby the commercial frequency components are negated. For example, if the maximum input signals of an analog/digital converter 4 are assumed to be -5V-+5V, and the absolute value of the signal entering the converter 4 is assumed to be 7V, the superposed components of the commercial frequency are permitted up to 3Vp-p. If this signal is measured 300 times during, for example, 100ms, only the commercial frequency components are negated. Then, the fault point detection of high accuracy is made possible without receiving the influence of the commercial frequencies.
